Made of 3 different grape varieties: Xarel.lo, Macabeu and Chardonnay.
Clean and balanced Cava, pale yellow with fine bubbles, with pear, apple, and citrus notes.
There is a sweet green apple note at the end with the lemon and orange notes lingering too.
Ideal to drink as an aperitif and with a wide range of dishes: fish, shellfish, light meat dishes, pasta and rice.

The Winery
Mont Marçal is a winery located in Castellví de la Marca, about 35 miles southwest of Barcelona in the heart of Penedès wine region.
It was founded in 1975 by Manuel Sancho when he decided to retire from music industry and to dedicate his passion to the production of Cava and still wine; today Mont Marçal is fully owned and managed by the Sancho family.
