Señorío de Sobral is an excellent white wine made from “Albariño” grapes is produced in the “Rias Baixas” region, in Salvatierra de Miño, Galicia – Northern Spain.(view map)
We were able to taste it in The Seafood Festival, organized by the Port of Vigo, while we ate the best “percebes” and “vieiras” we have ever tried.
The wine is perfect for Seafood, served slightly chilled, not too cold.
This young and slightly sparkling has a pale gold colour, a fruity and citric bouquet and very fresh in the mouth, with a long-lasting aftertaste.
You will definitely say YES to another glass of this Albariño.
