Bodegas Ramón Bilbao recovers a classic wine from La Rioja area with pale tones of pink and the power of subtleness.
Salmon pink colour, pale and appealing.
It was delightful: summertime, just out from the fridge, with exciting strawberry and rose flavours.
Its citrousy touch and fresh mint leaf finish makes it ideal as an aperitif or to accompany cold dishes such as white asparagus, seafood salad, veal carpaccio or risottos.
I drank it with a Caesar salad and it was perfect!
